Kimberly Hahn to Lead Women's Bible Study
Biblical Wisdom for Parenting Teens and Young Adults in New Phases of Life.
1/26/2010
Parenting toddlers is not the same as parenting teens. Being a daughter-in-law is a whole different ballgame than having a daughter-in-law. And caring for your family is the beginning, not the end, of answering God’s call to care for your community.
From March 12-14, 2010, Catholic women are invited to join Kimberly Hahn on the campus of Franciscan University of Steubenville and discover how you can make those transitions in parenting and life with grace and ease. Over the course of the three-day retreat, the fourth and final installment in Hahn’s Life-Nurturing Love series, you’ll receive both biblical wisdom and practical advice about parenting teens and young adults, becoming a grandparent and in-law, and engaging the culture as an active citizen.
The previous volumes in the Life Nurturing Love series—covering topics ranging from marriage and running a household to parenting small children—are now available in book form, and can be purchased with a DVD version of the talks given at previous retreats.
The DVD packages come complete with the book, as well as study guides and discussion questions, making it ideal not only for women’s groups, but also for couples and marriage prep programs.
